The best reports are customized to your home and walk you through every area of your property. These reports will include nearly every visible area and component of the home along with detailed descriptions of concerns along with clear digital photos. How long do the reports take to receive?
At Reckner Certified Home Inspections our goal is to provide understanding of the home inspection process to our clients and to aid in the closing of your property.
Unlike most home inspector reports that take days to receive, we provide our customers with an electronic version of the report as soon as we're done with the inspection. We've invested in the technology that allows us to speed up the buying and selling process for you and move you a step closer to your dreams.
How thorough are you?
Almost no home will be perfect (even new construction). As the buyer (or seller), be prepared for our home inspector to discover some issues that need attention. At Reckner Certified Home Inspections we don't just visually inspect your home and walk away with a thumbs up or thumbs down, ever little thing is documented, and as we like to say "problems get pictures". Not only are our reports easy to read and thoroughly explain the issue and often the solution, we include pictures of major concerns so all parties understand what needs to be addressed.
