We are proud to present our NXT Structural Warranty for new and existing homes. The NXT Structural Warranty offers real coverage and protection and you can rest assured that your home will be covered from the substantial costs associated with structural failures.
The One Year NXT Structural/Foundation Concierge Program has $100,000 of coverage for major issues such as foundation wall, girders, joists, etc. You may also extend that coverage past the One Year mark and purchase the NXT Structural Warranty in 1, 3, or 5 year increments.

90 Day Warranty
This general warranty covers repairs for mechanical and structural items the inspector has found to be in good repair at the time of the inspection. Best part is there is NO deductible.

SewerGard Protection Plan
Water and sewer main line repairs can be one of the most costly and unpredictable issues that can afflict a homeowner. Sewer and water lines run underground making it difficult to asses their integrity. They are at risk of being cracked over time or blocked by invading roots. Rest at ease with the SewerGard protection policy. During the agreement term the following components are covered against failure due to normal wear and tear:
“Water Line”. The water line is the single lateral water service line from the point of the water utility’s connection to the point of the water meter or main shut off line inside the home. The water line also includes well water lines, excluding those exceeding five feet under the surface level of the yard.
“Sewer Line”. The sewer line is the single lateral sewer service line from the point of the home’s exterior wall to the point of connection to the sewer utility’s wastewater collection system or septic tank.

Mold Safe Protection Plan
MoldSafe protection offers you security against the dangers of mold in your home. If mold is found after the inspection that was not there before, then your mold remediation is covered. This plan is offered for a period of 90 days following the date of the inspection, or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later. Move into your new home knowing your home is healthy.

Radon Protection Plan
The EPA recommends radon testing if you are buying or selling a home. Radon is a cancer causing radioactive gas that infiltrates a house from the ground, and is prevalent throughout most of Northeast Ohio. It's estimated that Radon causes over 20,000 lung cancer deaths per year, and why we're proud to offer Radon testing to our customers as well as a warranty protection plan. The Radon Protection Plan guarantees our radon tests up to 120 days after testing. If another test is performed within the designated time period and a test result above a 4.0 result is found, then mitigation is covered under warranty.
